Quick answers

How do I add members to the app?

Tap the + button on the Member Engagement tab to add members manually. On Pro and Plus plans, you can also import members via CSV or connect directly to your ChMS via API.

How is the engagement score calculated?

The score is based on seven metrics โ€” worship attendance, Sunday groups, small group, serving, classes, giving, and membership status. Each metric is weighted and the scores are normalized to 100. You can configure which metrics are active and adjust engagement thresholds in Settings.

How do I invite my staff to the app?

Go to Account โ†’ Team Members and tap Invite User. Enter their email and select their role. They'll receive an invitation email with instructions to set up their account.

How do I connect to Pushpay/CCB or Rock RMS?

API sync is available on Pro and Plus plans. Go to Account โ†’ Data Configuration and select API as your data source. You'll be prompted to enter your API credentials. Step-by-step instructions are provided in the app.

Can I import data from a CSV?

Yes โ€” CSV import is available on Pro and Plus plans. Go to Account โ†’ Import Data. The app accepts standard ChMS CSV exports and maps common column headers automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account โ†’ Subscription and tap Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel or modify your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is my church's data backed up?

Yes โ€” all data is stored in Google Firebase's Firestore database with automatic daily backups. Your data is not stored locally on the device and is accessible from any logged-in device.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible until you explicitly delete your church account from within the app. Deleting the account permanently removes all church data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
